Toby makes every day a good day π₯°πΎ
What happens when you take a week off? The puppies grow up on you! Rocket and Toby are getting so big! It was so good to see everyone today. (Not pictured, but equally great to see - Ragna, Lola, TC, Buttons, Mo, and Maggie!)
Spending some time with a couple of golden boys…can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon π₯° Meet Toby, and welcome back, Joey!
Two big things to announce going on with Muzzles Up!
As of June 20, Jess will no longer be available for pet sitting. Muzzles Up will still offer the service, but Avery will be our only sitter. Avery is highly qualified, certified in pet CPR and first aid. What does this mean? Simply that sitting services are more limited in availability.
Second, from September 1 through May 30, Muzzles Up will no longer be offering any weekend training, and some evenings will also be limited depending on Jess’s class schedule. We are working on getting certified in Applied Animal Behavior, and the certification course runs from Sept-May. This will give Jess the tools to better help you and your pup with behavioral challenges.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding!

Buster and Jess have had quite the…unexpected adventure! But they made it worth it with some incredible pizza and a cider (and some treats & a nice fresh bowl of water!) down by the waterfront…
The last few days have been such joy, from puppy basics to working on behavioral challenges across the board…we’re beyond happy to be back to work!!
We had everything from new puppy friends to service dog training to reactivity work today, and even a field trip for some out of towners! It’s so incredible when we see results right away…Rocket is learning some polite dinner manners and enrichment, Pesto continues yo make his hard working mama proud (and we were very impressed with their progress so far!) and Meisie is already showing improvement by not letting passers-by cause as much stress! (Disclaimer: results are not typical…we think there was something in the water today…or the sunshine!)
Sweet Boogie on his first Lowe’s outing! We don’t do a lot of “training” on the very first socialization day. Mostly it’s familiarizing with sounds, smells, and all sorts of different people and scenarios, and creating positive associations with potentially scary stuff.
